Dear Investor
We are writing to provide you with a further update on the CSI Rewards and Benefits Implementation process.
Among the rewards offered to all those who purchased Yellow Army Community Shares last Autumn were a personalised share certificate and investor’s pin-badge. It has taken a little longer than anticipated to organise these but they are now ready for distribution to each of the 536 investors.
To minimise the cost of postage we are encouraging all those who can do so to collect a sealed envelope which includes their share certificate and pin badge in person. To this end, a TUST desk will be in Boots & Laces from 1.30pm this Saturday (8thFebruary) until 2.45 pm before the game against Eastbourne and again from 5.00pm to 5.45pm after the game.
The process will be repeated at the next home game against Hornchurch on Saturday 15th February. We will again be available in Boots & Laces from 1.30pm – 2.45 pm and also after the match from 5.00pm to 5.45pm.
The envelopes may be collected in person by the shareholder or by a shareholder on behalf of another investor. Please bring some form of identification with you so we can verify who you are prior to handing over your envelope. Acceptable Identification would be Driving Licence, Passport, TUFC Season Ticket, Bus Pass, Bank Debit / Credit Card. If you are unable to provide any of these documents, please email tustshares@gmail.com to consider any alternatives.
We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible during the above times. For those of you who are unable to collect your reward envelope at the next two home matches, we will be looking to make alternative options for collection available before the end of the month. All remaining rewards envelopes will then be posted to investors in due course including those for Exiles and overseas investors.

Investor Member Board
The Investor Member Board has been erected this week at Plainmoor on the wall inside the Hospitality entrance between Boots & Laces and the Club Shop. The attached photograph shows TUST co-vice chairs Robin Causley and Bob Cole with TUST Secretary, Rick Williams, viewing the board. The club are conscious investors may wish to pop in from time to time on a matchday to view this board and are happy for this to happen. However, please be aware the entrance is used for supporters who are partaking in pre-match hospitality and therefore it is imperative the entrance is not “blocked.” With that in mind, investors are invited to visit this area between 1.45pm and 3pm before a home match and then after the match between 5pm and 5.30pm.
Meet the Manager Event
Finally, details of another investor reward, the Meet the Manager event will be coming soon. The event is taking longer to organise than we had anticipated as we are keen to be able to ensure that both Neil Warnock and Paul Wotton are available on the evening. Further details will be provided as soon as they are available.
